I'm Shayne Sweeney, a product engineer and co-founder of review.ai, where we're transforming how teams understand their data and decisions through AI-powered analysis.

Previously, I was the first engineer at Instagram, worked on React Native at Meta, and led engineering and product at Tailscale. I'm passionate about creating tools that turn complex business questions into actionable insights.

When I'm not building products, you might find me flying (I'm a licensed pilot) or reminiscing about the craft coffee shop I once opened. I describe myself as a "product engineer at heart" — I love diving into both the technical implementation and product strategy.
